Guy Dabbs focuses his practice on commercial real estate, including acquisition and development, title review, leasing and lender financing. He also advises businesses with various corporate matters, including entity formation, mergers and acquisitions and corporate governance. Ron Scott’s practice focuses on public finance, local government and economic development matters. Ron serves as bond counsel to housing developers for low-income housing projects assisted through state and federal tax credits. He also serves as general counsel and issuer’s counsel to local public housing authorities, which act as conduit issuers for private activity housing revenue bonds. Ron advises municipalities and counties on a variety of matters related to public finance, real estate, planning, zoning, contracts, ordinances, regulations and the Freedom of Information Act.

Cameo Joseph-McCollum is an experienced litigator who defends healthcare systems, hospitals, insurers, physicians, nurses and other clinicians in a wide range of medical negligence claims.
