Meet Paige

Paige Kregor focuses her practice on commercial real estate transactions and brings a strong foundation representing lenders, borrowers, buyers and sellers in complex financing and acquisition matters. Before joining Haynsworth Sinkler Boyd, she gained experience at two law firms where she handled a range of real estate matters.
 
She represents buyers and sellers with all aspects of commercial real estate deals, including financing, leasing and property acquisitions. Paige’s experience includes drafting and negotiating loan documents, overseeing due diligence, and managing closings for construction, purchase and development loans. She has also worked on SBA-financed asset purchases.
 
While in law school, Paige was a judicial intern with the United States Court of Federal Claims in Washington, D.C.
