Haynsworth Sinkler Boyd Welcomes Paige Kregor to Charleston

Haynsworth Sinkler Boyd, P.A. is pleased to welcome Paige Kregor to the firm’s Charleston office as an associate. She joins HSB’s real estate practice, focusing on commercial transactions.
Paige advises buyers and sellers with all aspects of commercial real estate deals, including financing, leasing and property acquisitions. Her experience encompasses drafting and negotiating loan documents, overseeing due diligence, and managing closings for construction, purchase and development loans. Paige has also worked on Small Business Administration-financed asset purchases.

Paige received her Juris Doctor, summa cum laude, from the University of Kentucky J. David Rosenberg College of Law and her Bachelor’s degree, summa cum laude, from the University of Kentucky. During law school, she served as a judicial intern with the United States Court of Federal Claims in Washington, D.C.
