Jeanmarie Tankersley Ethridge is Special Counsel in Haynsworth Sinkler Boyd's Greenville office and is a member of the firm's Medical Malpractice Practice Group. She represents healthcare providers, businesses, insurers and other clients in complex civil litigation in state and federal courts.
Jeanmarie's experience includes medical malpractice defense, professional liability, premises liability, personal injury, government liability, insurance coverage and construction litigation. She has managed all phases of litigation, including motion practice, discovery, depositions, mediations, trials and appeals. She has tried numerous cases in South Carolina courts and has extensive experience briefing and arguing dispositive matters, preparing witnesses and serving as lead trial counsel.
Following law school, Jeanmarie was a judicial clerk to Chief Judge Roger W. Dunaway, Jr. and Judge Harold A. Hinesley of the Superior Court of Georgia.
