Sterling Busbee is a tax attorney and focuses her practice on mergers and acquisitions, economic development and corporate law.
Sterling's experience includes:

- • Negotiating and drafting fee in lieu of tax (FILOT) agreements and other incentives including job development credits and job tax credits

- • Formation and governance of charitable and nonprofit entities
