Meet Denny

Denny Major represents clients in personal injury and business disputes involving a wide range of issues. Denny began his career working with our firm's asbestos team, serving as national counsel for one asbestos defendant and as regional counsel for several others. He continues to regularly assist the asbestos team with ongoing discovery matters. Denny represents manufacturers and suppliers in other products liability cases and frequently defends property owners in premises liability cases.

With respect to the corporate side of his practice, Denny devotes a significant portion of his practice to helping clients in the prosecution and defense of employment-related disputes involving trade secrets, copyright and contractual issues. He uses his litigation experience to advise employers in the areas of non-compete agreements and trade secrets outside of the litigation arena. Denny also defends employers in Fair Labor Standards Act disputes.
