Dennison LaRue is an associate in Haynsworth Sinkler Boyd’s Greenville office and focuses his practice on intellectual property and litigation.
Dennison represents clients in securing intellectual property rights, including the preparation and prosecution of patent applications, trademarks and copyrights in a wide range of business areas. As part of that representation, Dennisons’s experience includes advising clients on issues related to noninfringement and invalidity. He also assists in litigated matters involving the assertion of intellectual property rights, including patent, copyright and trademark.
In addition to intellectual property matters, Dennison also has experience in representing clients with licensing agreements and data privacy matters. Before joining the firm, Dennison practiced at a boutique IP law firm where he provided IP counseling, litigation and prosecution services.
While in law school, Dennison served as the Editor in Chief of the South Carolina Law Review.
