- Represented public hospitals and other governmental entities in all aspects of their Chapter 9 bankruptcy cases, resulting obtaining confirmed Plan for the Adjustment of Debts
- Represented a Chapter 11 trustee in the successful sale of an industrial processing plant and obtaining a confirmed Chapter 11 Plan for the company
- Represented Chapter 7 trustees in connection with recovery of preferential and fraudulent transfers
