“It is an honor to announce the opening of the Bachman S. Smith III Mediation Center,” stated James H. (Jeddie) Suddeth III, a member of the Firm’s Management Committee. “Towards the latter part of his career, Bachman focused his practice around mediations and other means of dispute resolution. I cannot imagine a better way to honor a man that has meant so much to this firm and to so many of us, personally.”
