Adam Yount is an experienced litigator with a growing mediation practice as a certified Circuit Court Mediator. In his civil litigation practice, Adam represents various national and regional clients in matters related to premises liability, wrongful death, motor-vehicle matters, commercial and employment disputes and products liability cases. He has significant experience with jury and non-jury trials in state and federal courts throughout South Carolina. Adam is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA), an invitation-only national organization of experienced trial lawyers and judges.
Prior to entering private practice, Adam served as law clerk for the Hon. Perry M. Buckner III, South Carolina Circuit Court, Fourteenth Judicial Circuit.
