Our attorneys have experience mediating cases in a wide variety of areas including personal injury, professional liability, healthcare, commercial and business disputes, construction defects and contract disputes.

Each of our offices has conference rooms for use and our Charleston office has the Bachman S. Smith III Mediation Center. We can facilitate dispute resolutions for groups as small as two and as large as 100.
