Tyler Gilliam is a business lawyer representing clients across a variety of industries with a particular focus on emerging technology companies, dental support organizations (also known as dental services organizations), manufacturing companies, and family enterprises. He concentrates his practice in three principal areas – mergers and acquisitions, representing early-stage and growth-stage startups, and serving as outside general counsel to the companies he represents. Tyler also has a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Taxation, and advises clients                                                                 on a wide range of tax matters.

Jonathan Klett is a commercial litigator and represents a diverse clientele that includes multinational businesses, financial institutions, investors, developers, and general contractors. His experience spans contract disputes, product liability, financial services litigation, construction disputes, business torts, insurance coverage, environmental issues, and trade secrets. Jonathan also brings valuable appellate experience from the South Carolina Court of Appeals, the South Carolina Supreme Court, and the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals.
