Dennison LaRue focuses his practice on intellectual property and litigation. Before joining the firm, Dennison practiced at a boutique IP law firm where he provided IP counseling, litigation and prosecution services. His experience includes advising clients on issues related to noninfringement and invalidity, and preparing and prosecuting patent applications directed to software, mechanical and renewable energies.
Dennison received his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the University of South Carolina School of Law and his Bachelor’s Degree from Clemson University.
Will Smith is a commercial litigation associate. Before joining the firm, Will served as Judicial Law Clerk to the Hon. J. Cordell Maddox Jr., South Carolina Circuit Court.
Will received his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the University of South Carolina School of Law and his Bachelor’s Degree from College of Charleston. While in law school, Will was a Research Assistant to Professor Anne Eisenberg, served as an Assistant Articles Editor for The Journal of Law and Education and was involved in the Student Bar Association and Peer Mentor Program.
