Jane Stoney focuses her practice on all aspects of commercial and institutional real estate, including sales, acquisitions, financing, leasing and zoning and land use regulation. Charlie Ipock is an experienced litigator and negotiator who advises his clients on strategic approaches to help them achieve their goals. He serves as outside counsel for multiple local governments in South Carolina and advises on annexations, condemnations, election law issues, FOIA responses and bond issuances. Charlie also represents trustees, beneficiaries, personal representatives and other fiduciaries and interested persons in trust, estate and probate litigation. In addition, he represents accountants and small business owners in securities litigation and commercial business and insurance disputes.
Charlie received his J.D. from St. Mary’s University and his B.S., magna cum laude, from N.C. State University.
