Andrea H. Brisbin advises and represents national, regional and local healthcare providers on the regulatory and operational issues they face on a daily basis, including certificate of need, facility and professional licensing, fraud and abuse, certification, reimbursement, controlled substances regulation, scope of practice, clinical staff and patient privacy. She assists providers as well as other employers with a wide range of employment matters, including employer obligations under the Affordable Care Act, employee agreements and disputes, and employment policies and procedures.
She is a member of the American Health Lawyers Association, South Carolina Bar Health Care Law Section (former Section Chair) and South Carolina Defense Trial Attorneys’ Association. Andrea serves as the Board Chair of the Buist Academy Foundation. She graduated magna cum laude from Boston College and received her J.D. from Catholic University of America.
Richard A. Brisbin practices in the area of intellectual property and corporate law and is registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO). He represents manufacturers, software developers, universities, advertising and publishing companies, large multi-national companies and start-up firms in the areas of licensing, commercial contracts, patent preparation and prosecution, technology transfer, trademarks, copyright and cybersecurity.
Rick is a former executive in the aerospace and electronics industry and is a graduate of Virginia Tech (Electrical Engineering), State University of New York (Physics, cum laude) and received his J.D. from George Washington University. He is a member of the American Intellectual Property Law Association, Charleston Defense Contractors Association and Carolina Patent and Trademark Law Association.
Adam N. Yount is a civil litigator and represents national and regional clients on matters including premises liability, wrongful death, motor-vehicle matters, commercial and employment disputes and products liability cases. Adam is a graduate of Clemson University and the Charleston School of Law. He is active in the Trident United Way and is a member of the South Carolina Defense Trial Attorneys’ Association and Charleston Lawyers Club.

Bonnie A. Lynch’s practice focuses on utility, construction, personal injury and business/commercial litigation, as well as advice and counsel on brewery and distillery law. In her practice she represents a multitude of different clients ranging from individuals to international companies on a variety of multi-faceted issues. Bonnie is a graduate of Wofford College (summa cum laude) and the University of South Carolina School of Law (cum laude). She is a member of the South Carolina Bar Young Lawyers Division and currently serves as the Upstate Representative for the South Carolina Women Lawyers Association, Secretary of the Carolina Ballet Theatre Board and Board Member of Protection & Advocacy for People with Disabilities.
Garrett D. Steck concentrates his practice on immigration and corporate law. As a member of the firm’s corporate and employment practice groups, his practice facilitates the movement of key executives, management and technical workers and their family members into the US. Garrett provides strategic consulting and advice concerning foreign workforce availability for new US start-up operations and the impacts to foreign workforce associated with mergers, acquisitions, restructuring and downsizing efforts. He also assists clients in complying with the Federal International Traffic in Arms Regulation and US export control laws as regulated by OFAC, BIS and DDTC, including regulation and licensing of noncitizen nationals.
He is a graduate of Wofford College and received a M.P.H. and a J.D. from the University of South Carolina. Garrett is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association, Upstate Global Professionals, the South Carolina Bar International Committee, and has been honored by Greenville Business Magazine as a member of the Legal Elite since 2012.
