Jane Bouch Joins Haynsworth Sinkler Boyd's Charleston Office

She works for the firm’s clients on a variety of matters, including construction litigation, entity formation, formation of 501(c)(3) tax exempt organizations, insurance defense litigation and trademark work.

Prior to joining Haynsworth Sinkler Boyd, Jane was a legal intern for Roper Hospital, where she assisted the General Counsel.

She received her J.D. from Emory University School of Law in 2013, where she was on the Dean’s List and received the Dean’s Award for Property, Legislation and Regulation. She received her B.A. in History and Art History from Washington and Lee University in 2010 and spent a semester abroad at St. Anne’s College in Oxford, England.

Active in the Charleston community, Jane is a member of the Charleston Lawyers’ Club, Spoleto SCENE, Gibbes Museum of Art's Society 1858 and Lowcountry Open Land Trust.
