Meet Will

Will Stephenson is an associate in Haynsworth Sinkler Boyd’s Charleston office and focuses his practice on commercial real estate and tax matters.

He received his Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Taxation, with distinction, from Georgetown University Law Center, where he was awarded a full-tuition scholarship as a Graduate Tax Scholar.

Prior to joining Haynsworth Sinkler Boyd, Will served as a law clerk to the Hon. Henry M. Herlong, Jr., U.S. District Judge for the District of South Carolina. While in law school, Will served as Associate Editor-in-Chief of the South Carolina Law Review and was a member of the Order of the Coif and Order of the Wig and Robe.
