Meet Will

Will Gibbs is a business lawyer in Haynsworth Sinkler Boyd’s Greenville office advising corporate clients on commercial transactions, mergers and acquisitions and general corporate matters.
 
Will has represented corporate clients ranging from start-ups to publicly traded companies operating in the technology, financial, healthcare, manufacturing, online retail, marketing and automotive spaces. Will’s practice focuses on commercial transactions related to the procurement and sale of IT goods and services, manufacture and supply agreements and outsourcing arrangements. 
 
Before joining Haynsworth Sinkler Boyd, Will served as general counsel and executive team member of a national healthcare company reporting to a board of directors representing private equity ownership and one of the nation’s leading research hospitals. Prior to his general counsel role, Will practiced at an AmLaw 100 firm.
 
Will understands the importance of providing legal services that integrate with and advance a client’s unique business goals. Will also advises clients in an outside general counsel role, assisting clients with mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, executive compensation and general corporate matters.
