Meet Sara

Sara Sykes is a litigation associate in Haynsworth Sinkler Boyd’s Greenville office, and she assists our commercial, construction and healthcare clients in various ways. Sara’s litigation experience extends across construction defects to trade secrets and contract interpretation. She also works with clients on contracting needs, such as The American Institute of Architects (AIA) and manufacturing contracts. With respect to the healthcare side of her practice, Sara devotes time to helping practitioners in matters such as practice formation and FDA regulation.

In law school, Sara served as the Production Editor for the American Bar Association Real Property Trust & Estate Law Journal, the Secretary of the Health Law Society and a member of the Student Bar Association.
