Meet Marshall

Marshall Allen has more than 30 years of experience advising and representing a wide variety of clients in the healthcare industry including physicians, dentists, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, chiropractors, physical therapists and registered nurses, as well as hospitals, assisted living and long term care facilities, outpatient imaging centers, ambulatory surgery centers and other healthcare institutions. 

He provides guidance to providers and institutions on such issues as facility and professional licensing, Certificate of Need, reimbursement, compliance and regulatory matters, and patient privacy. Marshall also assists clients with administrative and operational issues, including policies and disputes, employment and other general contracts, corporate management, medical staff peer review and disciplinary hearings, and matters arising from healthcare audits.
 
Marshall has experience in provider mergers and acquisitions, including the acquisition of dental practices and medical group practices by hospital systems and private equity companies; and representing the acquiring party, including dental support organizations (DSO).
