Haynsworth Sinkler Boyd’s Mary Caskey recently presented at the Association of Corporate Counsel – South Carolina (ACC-SC) Virtual Winter Meeting, where she discussed steps businesses can take when your vendor, supplier, or customer files bankruptcy.
