Utilities Regulation

Our utilities regulation practice at Haynsworth Sinkler Boyd represents regulated utilities in the areas of water and wastewater, telecommunications, electricity and natural gas on a wide range of administrative, regulatory, corporate and legislative matters. We represent clients in electric rate cases before the South Carolina Public Service commission, telecommunication matters, rulemaking proceedings, and various legislative and governmental affairs.
