SCADA Legal and Regulatory Audit Program

Haynsworth Sinkler Boyd is pleased to partner with the South Carolina Automobile Dealers Association (SCADA) in providing the Legal and Regulatory Audit (LRA) Program. The SCADA LRA program focuses on promoting compliance with state statutes, regulations and legal precedents that govern sales, leases and service transactions between dealers and their customers.

After enrolling in the program, HSB will review the dealer’s buyer's order or purchase order, service department work order or repair order and arbitration clause, if any. Then, HSB will schedule a meeting with the dealer to discuss our evaluation of those key documents and recommend modifications to ensure legal and regulatory compliance, as well as to mitigate litigation risks.

To enroll in the program, please complete the registration form below. Once HSB receives your registration, we will send you an engagement letter and an invoice for the program fee of $1,000. Once HSB receives your signed engagement letter and payment, we will send you an LRA survey to complete.
