His extensive practice also encompasses product liability matters and complex litigation for corporate, construction and financial services clients.
Beyond his legal practice, Derrick remains active in the broader legal and civic community. He currently serves on the South Carolina Supreme Court's Commission on Lawyer Conduct and holds memberships in the American Board of Trial Advocates (South Carolina Chapter) and the South Carolina Defense Trial Attorneys' Association.
