Reid Sherard Adds Pair of Statewide Family Law Honors

Haynsworth Sinkler Boyd, P.A. is pleased to announce that Greenville shareholder Reid Sherard has been named to the 2026 Lawdragon 500 Leading Family Lawyers Guide for the second consecutive year, and the South Carolina Lawyers Weekly Family Law Power List for the third straight year. He is the only South Carolina-based family law attorney on this year’s Lawdragon list.
Honorees for this year’s Lawdragon guide were selected based on nominations, independent journalistic research and vetting by colleagues and peers. Power List honorees are considered to be leaders in their field, have a demonstrated record of success, and frequently receive referrals from their colleagues.
Reid leads Haynsworth Sinkler Boyd’s Family Law Team and represents clients in complex divorce-related litigation, particularly involving significant assets, income, valuation or other challenging financial issues. He also provides counsel in contested custody matters, interstate and international jurisdiction disputes, as well as premarital and postnuptial agreements.
A Fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers, Reid is a founder of the South Carolina Family Law Inn of Court.
