Luke Carter Joins United Way of Florence County Board of Directors

Haynsworth Sinkler Boyd, P.A. associate Luke Carter has been appointed to the United Way of Florence County Board of Directors.
The United Way of Florence County funds 30 programs through 22 local nonprofits that provide services in education, health and financial stability throughout Florence County. The organization's mission is to positively impact community needs by strengthening relationships, programs and services that produce measurable results and improve quality of life.
Luke practices in the Florence office of Haynsworth Sinkler Boyd, where he focuses on local government and public finance law.
Prior to joining Haynsworth Sinkler Boyd, Luke served as Judicial Law Clerk to the Hon. J. Mark Hayes, II, South Carolina Circuit Court. He is a member of the American Bar Association, National Association of Bond Lawyers, South Carolina Bar Young Lawyers Division and Florence County Bar.
