Haynsworth Sinkler Boyd Expands Toxic Tort Practice with Attorney Dalton Barfield

Haynsworth Sinkler Boyd P.A. is growing its litigation team with the addition of associate D. Dalton Barfield to the firm’s Greenville office.
Dalton focuses on toxic tort and products liability litigation. He previously practiced at a regional law firm where he defended individuals, businesses and municipalities in government liability, premises liability and motor vehicle collision cases. He also served as a judicial law clerk to South Carolina Circuit Court Judge J. Derham Cole.
An alumnus of the University of South Carolina (USC) School of Law, Dalton has been recognized as one of Greenville Business Magazine’s 2024 “Legal Elite of the Upstate” in three categories: Personal Injury-Defendant, Civil Litigation and Government Relations.
Dalton is an active member of the South Carolina Bar Young Lawyers Division and is the current chair of its pro bono committee.
