Haynsworth Sinkler Boyd Welcomes Jonathan Moon in Columbia

Before joining Haynsworth Sinkler Boyd, Jonathan was an M&A tax associate for a multinational accounting firm where he handled tax diligence, structuring and sales purchase agreement review for numerous acquisitions.

Jonathan received his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the University of South Carolina School of Law and his Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Michigan. While in law school, Jonathan was Managing Editor for the South Carolina Journal of International Law and Business and a 2021 Cohort member of the Konduros Leadership Development Program.
