William McKinney Appointed ABA Judicial Division Liaison to the ULC Drafting Committee

Haynsworth Sinkler Boyd, P.A. is pleased to announce that William McKinney has been appointed as the American Bar Association’s (ABA) Judicial Division Liaison to the Uniform Law Commission’s Public Health Emergencies Drafting Committee.

William focuses his practice in the areas of state and local government, economic development, and business litigation. Committed to public and not-for-profit service, he serves as Secretary on the SouthArts board and as a member of the Edenton Street United Methodist Church Children’s Development Center Board. He has been awarded the Order of the Long Leaf Pine, North Carolina’s highest civilian honor, and was recently appointed as Chair of the North Carolina – Catawba Compact Certification Commission.
