Nick Nicholson Re-elected As Managing Director of Haynsworth Sinkler Boyd, P.A.

Haynsworth Sinkler Boyd, P.A. is pleased to announce that Nick Nicholson has been re-elected as the firm’s Managing Director.

We understand the importance of a dynamic and diverse workforce, and to that end, we have implemented training and retention strategies to support our attorneys and professional staff and to help them better serve our clients. We also recently opened an office in Raleigh, North Carolina, to expand our service offerings to clients in this thriving area.”
Nick was first elected as Managing Director in 2013 and serves on the firm’s Management Committee alongside Mary Caskey, Joe Clark and Jeddie Suddeth. He practices in the areas of procurement and government contracts, local government law and construction law. His clients include municipal and county governments, higher education institutions, nonprofit organizations, and public and private corporations.
