Haynsworth Sinkler Boyd’s Nick Nicholson Named One of Greenville’s “50 Most Influential” People

Haynsworth Sinkler Boyd, P.A. is pleased to announce the firm’s Managing Director, Nick Nicholson, has been recognized as one of Greenville’s “50 Most Influential” people of 2021 by the Greenville Business Magazine. Nick was also recognized on the 2019 list.

Nick has served as Managing Director of the firm since 2013 and practices in the areas of procurement and government contracts, local government law and construction law. His clients include municipal and county governments, higher education institutions, nonprofit organizations, and public and private corporations.

Also recognized within the legal industry, Nick was named the Best Lawyers 2022 Construction Law “Lawyer of the Year” in Greenville and has been listed in The Best Lawyers in America© for Litigation – Construction since 2013. In 2019, he was named by the University of South Carolina School of Law Alumni Council as a Compleat Lawyer, an award that recognizes individuals for outstanding civic and professional accomplishments.

Nick has served on boards for the Meyer Center for Special Children, SC Chamber of Commerce and Public Charter School Alliance of South Carolina. He is a graduate of Leadership Greenville and Leadership South Carolina.
