Haynsworth Sinkler Boyd’s Joseph Spate Completes 2022 SC Bar Leadership Academy

The Leadership Academy is a highly selective five-month program focused on equipping SC Bar members with the skills necessary to position themselves as leaders in our community. This year’s fourteen-member class focused on professional training, community awareness and networking opportunities.

Joseph’s practice focuses on business litigation. He represents clients in matters involving contracts, business torts, consumer lending, products liability and construction defects. In addition, he advises automobile dealers on state law compliance. Joseph is an active member of the SC Bar Young Lawyers Division.
