Haynsworth Sinkler Boyd, P.A. is pleased to announce that Kathleen M. Muthig, Perry MacLennan and Meghan G. Riordan have been elected as Shareholders in the firm.

Kathleen Muthig focuses her practice on commercial real estate, including development, financing, commercial leases and related real estate transactions. She also has experience representing financial institutions and commercial landlords in state court and bankruptcy court litigation.

Kathleen is recognized as a 2022 Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch for Administrative/Regulatory Law, Bankruptcy and Creditor Debtor Rights/Insolvency and Reorganization Law, and Litigation - Banking Finance. She is a 2020 graduate of Leadership Columbia.

Perry MacLennan is a workforce and business lawyer helping companies establish or expand operations in South Carolina and comply with various laws applicable to doing business here. Perry focuses on employment law, economic development incentives, contracts and general corporate matters.

She also represents clients with their commercial litigation needs.
