The Richland Library Friends and Foundation was formed in 2017 to support the mission of Richland Library. The Friends and Foundation raises awareness and support to make library services in literacy, workforce development, social services and inclusion, and innovative programming possible throughout Richland County.
Elizabeth has served on the Friends and Foundation’s Board of Trustees since 2018, most recently serving as Vice Chair, and is a 2018 graduate of Leadership Columbia. She focuses her legal practice on commercial litigation, with experience trying these cases in courts and before arbitration panels. Elizabeth represents plaintiffs and defendants involved in breach of contract disputes, corporate governance actions, antitrust and competition-based issues, government licensing and public procurement disputes, and business tort matters.
