The intensive four-month program was held virtually due to COVID-19 and was the first-ever statewide cohort. “The Riley Institute offered a unique opportunity to connect with fellow participants across the state, all with different professions, perspectives, and life experiences,” said Mary Caskey. “The presentations, materials, and commitment from those involved resulted in important conversations and lessons about diversity, equity, and inclusion and how to use those lessons in our workplaces and communities.”
A leader at Haynsworth Sinkler Boyd, Mary serves on the firm’s Management Committee and chairs the firm’s Recovery practice group.
