Haynsworth Sinkler Boyd’s Joseph Spate Selected for 2022 SC Bar Leadership Academy

The Leadership Academy is a selective program designed to equip the next generation of South Carolina Bar members with the skills necessary to position themselves as leaders in our community.

Joseph’s practice focuses on business litigation. He represents clients in matters involving contracts, business torts, consumer lending, personal injury, products liability and construction defects. In addition, he advises automobile dealers on state law compliance.
