Haynsworth Sinkler Boyd Welcomes Marshall Allen to Healthcare Team

Haynsworth Sinkler Boyd is pleased to announce that Marshall Allen has joined as Special Counsel, based in the firm’s Charleston office.

Marshall has more than 30 years of experience advising clients in the healthcare industry. He provides guidance on operations, corporate and administrative matters, as well as helping clients ensure compliance with state and federal regulations. Marshall’s clients include healthcare providers, medical and dental practice groups, hospitals, outpatient imaging systems, assisted living and long term care facilities, ambulatory surgery centers and other healthcare institutions.

Before joining Haynsworth Sinkler Boyd, Marshall practiced at a transatlantic firm. He is a member of the American Health Lawyers Association and has been recognized by The Best Lawyers in America© for healthcare law since 2007. Marshall earned his J.D. and M.P.H. from the University of South Carolina and received his B.S. from Wofford College.
