HSB Attorneys Contribute to SC Chamber’s COVID-19 Guide for Businesses
Haynsworth Sinkler Boyd attorneys Perry MacLennan, Clay Walker and Adam Yount recently contributed to the SC Chamber of Commerce’s “Business in the Era of COVID-19: A Guide for Moving Your Business Forward.”
In the guide (available here), Perry highlighted employment practices around pay reduction, Clay covered manufacturing personal protective equipment and Adam discussed reducing risks of premises liability.
Perry MacLennan is a workforce and business lawyer helping companies establish or expand operations in South Carolina and comply with various laws applicable to doing business here. He focuses on employment law, economic development incentives, contracts and general corporate matters.
Clay Walker chairs Haynsworth Sinkler Boyd’s Automotive Sales & Service Industry Team and has more than 20 years of experience representing automotive dealers in matters involving Dealers Act defense claims, mergers & acquisitions, employment, consumer complaints and personal injury.
