Haynsworth Sinkler Boyd attorney Meghan Riordan has been selected to Greenville Business Magazine’s 2019 “Best & Brightest 35 and Under.”
As a litigator and business attorney, Meghan focuses her practice on advising and defending energy and regulated utilities and healthcare providers. She represents regulated utilities in commercial contract, condemnation, construction defect, encroachment, personal injury and wrongful death claims. Meghan advises hospitals, physicians and physicians’ groups, nursing and long term care facilities and pharmaceutical companies in diverse matters such as HIPAA, Data Privacy and Security, Medicare and Medicaid and fraud and abuse.
Meghan serves as the President of the Warehouse Theatre Board of Directors and a member of the Generations Group Board of Directors. She is an adjunct professor at Furman University where she also serves as a mentor for the women’s basketball team.
