Todd Jones represents clients in complex construction disputes, government matters and business litigation. He helps contractors, subcontractors, property owners and businesses navigate high-stakes contract disputes, OSHA defense matters and collections actions. His practice encompasses construction law, municipal law, administrative proceedings, real estate litigation and employment matters.
Todd handles cases ranging from contract disputes involving millions of dollars to OSHA compliance defense and real estate transactions. He represents clients in matters before state and federal courts in North Carolina and the District of Columbia, as well as before administrative agencies. His construction law practice includes contract negotiation and drafting, mechanic's lien claims, payment disputes, construction defect litigation and regulatory compliance. He also advises local government entities on administrative law matters and municipal operations.
Todd is actively involved with the North Carolina Bar Association's Construction Law Section and regularly speaks at regional, state and national conferences on construction law topics. Prior to joining Haynsworth Sinkler Boyd, Todd served as the founding partner of a Raleigh-based law firm.
