Meet Luke
Luke Carter is an associate in Haynsworth Sinkler Boyd’s Florence office and works with our local government and corporate law practices.Prior to joining our firm, Luke served as Judicial Law Clerk to the Hon. J. Mark Hayes, II, South Carolina Circuit Court.
While in law school at the University of South Carolina, Luke was the Senior Article Editor of the Journal of Law & Education. Luke was a kicker and punter for the varsity football team while at Wofford College and holds the NCAA FCS record for most PATs made in a career without a miss (141).
