Meet Lauren
Lauren Offord is a member of the firm’s commercial real estate practice group, assisting clients with acquisitions, leasing, financing and development. She is experienced in managing large-scale transactions across diverse property types, including vacant land, industrial complexes, shopping centers and mixed-use developments. She is also skilled in negotiating, reviewing and drafting commercial leases.Prior to joining our firm, Lauren served as in-house real estate counsel for several corporations, including a publicly traded REIT and a Fortune 500 company, where she provided strategic legal analysis to senior management on complex real estate matters. She uses this experience to help clients achieve their objectives while minimizing risk.
