Kimberly Brackett-Jones serves as Special Counsel in Haynsworth Sinkler Boyd’s Raleigh office, where she represents businesses and individuals in a wide range of commercial disputes. Her background in both litigation and transactional work enables her to provide clients with practical, business-minded legal solutions tailored to her clients’ needs.Kimberly has significant experience managing complex litigation matters, including e-discovery, document review, and large-scale discovery and document productions. Prior to joining Haynsworth Sinkler Boyd, she served as in-house counsel for a wireless communications company and practiced with a large regional law firm and a Raleigh-based firm.
