Meet Kate

Kate Childs is an associate in Haynsworth Sinkler Boyd’s Greenville office and works with our Corporate and Mergers and Acquisitions Practices. Kate provides general business counsel to clients across a variety of industries and strategic counsel on mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures and other similar transactions.

While in law school, Kate served as the Senior Articles Editor of the Wake Forest Journal of Law and Policy and was a member of the Student Bar Association Council.
