Meet Patrick

Patrick Bradley is an experienced construction and commercial litigator. He advises and represents a diverse group of clients, including corporations, small businesses, individuals and governmental entities, in a wide range of construction, contracting, manufacturing, insurance and tort-related matters.

Patrick’s practice focuses primarily on the construction industry, representing all participants in the field - owners, developers, contractors, subcontractors, material suppliers, construction managers, insurers and design professionals. His representation is centered around resolving complex construction-related disputes at any stage, from pre-suit to litigation or arbitration.

Additionally, he counsels clients throughout the construction process and is experienced in navigating projects of all types, stages and sizes, including multi-family development, single-family dwellings, commercial construction and renovation and industrial projects. He regularly assists clients in the drafting, negotiation, and review of contracts, and frequently provides in-project advice and counsel on issues such as scheduling and delays, changes, design, payment and lien disputes, warranty obligations and defects.

Prior to joining Haynsworth Sinkler Boyd’s Greenville office, Patrick served as a law clerk to the Hon. D. Garrison Hill, South Carolina Court of Appeals. He also practiced construction litigation for several years at a Greenville civil litigation firm.

While in law school, Patrick interned for the Hon. John C. Few, South Carolina Supreme Court; the Hon. H. Bruce Williams, South Carolina Court of Appeals; and the Hon. Richard M. Gergel, U.S. District Court for the District of South Carolina.
