Meet Ethan
Ethan Sammons is an associate in Haynsworth Sinkler Boyd’s Columbia office, where he works with our Bankruptcy and Creditors' Rights Team.While in law school, Ethan was a member of the American Bar Association Real Property, Trust & Estate Law Journal and volunteered with the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance Program. He was a member of the University of South Carolina School of Law’s Moot Court Bar and was selected to the school’s American Bar Association national competition team. Before joining our firm, Ethan served as a Judicial Clerk to the Honorable Aphrodite K. Konduros of the South Carolina Court of Appeals.
Prior to law school, Ethan worked in asset management and consulting roles with a national fraternity, where he managed a multistate student-housing portfolio and advised chapters on financial performance, lending, strategic planning and operations.
