Christian Lunghi is an associate in Haynsworth Sinkler Boyd’s Raleigh office, where he represents clients in construction litigation matters. He works with contractors, developers and other construction industry professionals to resolve complex disputes and address legal issues that arise before, during, and after construction projects. His practice also includes litigating insurance recovery and subrogation claims, creditors’ rights matters and real property disputes, with a focus on enforcing contractual rights, resolving payment issues and protecting clients’ financial and property interests.
Prior to attending law school, Christian worked as a foreman for a construction company, which provided him with firsthand insight into the day-to-day operations and challenges of the construction industry. This experience enables him to understand his clients’ businesses and provide counsel grounded in real-world construction practices.
During law school, Christian served as Articles Editor for the Campbell Law Review and competed nationally as a member of the Campbell Law Mock Trial Team. He also served two terms as a judge on the Campbell Law Honor Court and held the position of Vice President for Law Students Against Sexual Assault and Domestic Violence.
Christian practiced with a Raleigh-based law firm before joining Haynsworth Sinkler Boyd.
