- Successfully represented several public and private entities in the renewable energy sector regarding the constitutionality of the South Carolina Renewable Energy Infrastructure Development Fund.
- Served as bond counsel for several billion dollars of public power utility revenue bonds for the South Carolina Public Service Authority, including a $436 million issue in 2008.
- Assisted in the drafting and passage of legislation which provides for cost recovery of certain pre-approved costs for electric base load generation serving South Carolina consumers.
