The commercial transactions attorneys at Haynsworth Sinkler Boyd have extensive experience in a variety of commercial matters, such as the negotiating and drafting of contracts for the purchase or sale of goods and services, licensing agreements and financing and commercial lease agreements.

We assist clients in understanding the potential legal issues involved in commercial transactions and advise them of the impact of applicable federal and state statutes and regulations. Our team's experience and familiarity with the Uniform Commercial Code and other areas of commercial law allow us to respond to our clients' needs in an efficient and timely manner.

COMMERCIAL TRANSACTIONS EXPERIENCE:

• Serve as primary outside counsel for a Southeastern commercial real estate investment company with a portfolio spanning all asset sectors and including over 3,000,000 SF of hard assets
• Represented a multi-national client in the acquisition of a corporation with subsidiaries and operations in the United States and Canada
• Represent a regional bank in negotiating major fintech contracts to outsource critical banking operations    
• Represented a major manufacturer in a complex contract to sell nearly $100 million annually in goods to a large CPG entity
