Meet Bill

Bill Boyd counsels clients on business strategies and manages complex transactions. His work is widely respected by his peers in the law and in the South Carolina business community.

Bill has managed numerous mergers and acquisitions and large-scale industrial development projects, including the assembly and acquisition of property, environmental and other governmental permitting and financing. He served for over 26 years as outside general counsel for a major South Carolina corporation, is a previous chair of the South Carolina Chamber of Commerce, and has served on the Board of Directors of the Business and Industry Political Education Committee. Bill also served on the Executive Committee of the Midlands Business Leadership Group.
